By creating an account or accessing learning materials, you represent that you meet the eligibility criteria established by zivoPay. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on your behalf.

2. Student Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and OTP).
• You agree to notify zivoPay immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
• Account sharing across multiple individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All learning materials provided on zivoPay—including video lectures, quiz question banks, PDF documents, homework assignments, and UI designs—are the exclusive intellectual property of zivoPay. You may not copy, reproduce, re-upload, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. Course Fees & Payment Policies

Fee amounts for courses, test series, and special training programs are clearly outlined in the portal. All payments must be made through authorized payment methods or cash collection counters. Refund requests are subject to the academy's official refund policy.

5. Code of Conduct

Users must maintain high standards of academic integrity and respectful behavior during online live classes, discussions, and exam attempts. Any form of harassment, cheating, or abusive language will lead to disciplinary action, including account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zivoPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues on the user's side.
